The next meeting of ENCC will be on Thursday 12th November
This is held over from the usual date of first Thursday of the month (5th November) because many regular attendees have other priorities on Guy Fawkes Night (including reassuring pets that are scared by fireworks). We are making final arrangements for the meeting – but it is almost certain that to conform with local Covid-19 restrictions it will yet again have to be by videoconference on Zoom.
The draft agenda is:
- Welcome and Apologies
- Previous minutes approval, matters arising
- Questions from residents
- Active travel and Roads (including speed trapping and road closures)
- Feedback from recent ERIG meeting (by Joy Godfrey)
If any resident has any issue, question or information they want to be considered please submit it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or through the contact form on this website as soon as possible (don’t wait until the last minute).
We will ask residents who submit an issue in advance if they would like to attend the meeting using Zoom. We will try to accommodate any other resident who notifies us of their wish to attend the meeting, but if the total numbers wishing to attend are too large to be manageable we may have to prioritise attendance for those who have raised issues, and then any others on a first-come first-served basis.
For those who wish to attend, please contact us as above so that we can draw up a list of attendees. In the interest of security, we will not admit anyone (from the on-line waiting room) who is not on that list of pre-arranged attendees. On your application please state your name and give your street address and postcode (to indicate your eligibility as a resident of ENCC ward), and indicate what name you will appear as on line if that is different, as you may not be recognised. We will email you the meeting Zoom details for logging on closer to the time of the meeting. Do not pass those to anyone else.
